• Anesthesia Supervisionmodel
• >40,000 cases|>6,000 births |>40 anesthetizing locations
• 5 facilities:30-minute commute time between all locations

• General,Cardiac,Vascular,Neuro, Ortho, ENT, GI, GYN,Plastics, Obstetrical, NORA etc.

Qualifications:

• Active state license| DEA | State CDS
• Board certificationrequired.
• ACLS | PALS | BLS
