Pharmacy Technician at Butler Health System – Butler, Pennsylvania

Generate the flow of prescriptions by preparing medications for dispensing and achieve the optimum in customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Completion of Pharmacy Technician program

License, Certification, Registration:
N/A

Experience:
Minimum: One year of Pharmacy Tech experience OR no experience required if a graduate of a Pharmacy Technician program.
Preferred: Two years experience in a growing pharmacy, servicing and selling over-the-counter medications and related products.

Other Requirements:
Responsible to safely access, transport, and handle single dose medications to include prescription and non-prescription medications. Responsible to safely access, transport, and handle sharps, such as needles, suture kits, lancets, syringes, etc.
