Summary: The Maintenance Technician will perform quality routine and preventive maintenance and repairs across several buildings and properties to ensure a safe environment for all. ***Pay is dependent upon experience and credentials.

Skilled, experienced HANDYMAN / Maintenance Technician sought for a full-time position in Sarasota, Florida.

Tasked with performing preventative maintenance and repairs across several preschools, inclusive of some grounds maintenance. Experience in multiple facets of property maintenance required.

The ideal candidate should be able to work Monday through Friday independently and must be in possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. A drug test and federal background screening are required.

The pay range is between $21.00-$25.00 per hour, based on education, training, and experience.
