Job Description
We are currently hiring for a temporary PRN Preceptor Limited Scope Operator Program to work within our Outpatient Clinics.
Compensation Range:
$5 per hour on top of primary rate
Requirements:
- Current and unrestricted license and/or certifications as required for primary role
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in the area where providing preceptorship
- Proven record of exceptional performance in primary role within the department
Position Overview:
Promotes a professional, supportive environment during preparatory training and clinical orientation of the Limited Scope Operator (LSO) trainee. Effectively facilitates and manages the orientation of new, inexperienced clinical staff with assistance from the Department Director and Department Educator. Provides orientation to the new staff per established requirements. Documents completion of competencies in a timely manner. Supports the AVH Core Values by striving for excellence in patient care, professional development, interdepartmental relations, time management, and continuous quality improvement.
