What You’ll Lead
Client Care & Clinical Excellence
- Deliver personalized, high-quality outpatient therapy in a home and community-based setting.
- Create positive, engaging experiences that empower clients to thrive.
- Ensure compliance with all documentation and care standards.
Team Leadership
- Supervise and mentor therapists in your assigned territory.
- Support clinical development and uphold FellowshipLIFE’s standards of care.
Community Engagement
- Organize and lead presentations, screenings, and wellness events.
- Be an advocate for proactive, wellness-driven therapy.
Program Growth
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with community partners and providers.
- Play a key role in expanding our outreach and impact.
Qualifications
- Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel between client locations throughout the day
- Comfortable working independently and managing a team
