What You’ll Lead

Client Care & Clinical Excellence

  • Deliver personalized, high-quality outpatient therapy in a home and community-based setting.
  • Create positive, engaging experiences that empower clients to thrive.
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation and care standards.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise and mentor therapists in your assigned territory.
  • Support clinical development and uphold FellowshipLIFE’s standards of care.

Community Engagement

  • Organize and lead presentations, screenings, and wellness events.
  • Be an advocate for proactive, wellness-driven therapy.

Program Growth

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with community partners and providers.
  • Play a key role in expanding our outreach and impact.

Qualifications

  • Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License (Required)
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel between client locations throughout the day
  • Comfortable working independently and managing a team
