We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team! Our bartenders are responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service, preparing high-quality beverages, and building genuine connections with every guest. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

• Welcome guests promptly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the food, wine, beer, spirits, and cocktail menus to confidently answer questions and make recommendations.
• Suggestively sell featured cocktails, wine, beer, appetizers, and menu items to enhance the guest experience.
• Accurately take guest orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar before, during, and after each shift.
• Follow all liquor laws, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and company policies.
• Process guest payments accurately and responsibly.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, food runners, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Assist servers and other team members as needed to provide an exceptional guest experience.

• Previous bartending experience in a full-service restaurant preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform repetitive motions behind the bar.
