About the Role

Clearwave Car Wash is hiring Experienced Sales Advisors to drive membership growth. This is an active, performance-based role for those who enjoy high-repetition sales and professional site operations.

This is not a passive cashier position. Our Sales Advisors lead every guest interaction, guiding customers toward unlimited memberships through a proven, pressure-free process.

Key Responsibilities
Engagement: Engage every guest within 2 seconds of arrival with warmth and confidence.
Membership Conversion: Educate guests on the value of "Unlimited Memberships" and close sales in under 60 seconds.
Operational Excellence: Move with urgency during high-volume rushes and maintain an elite site standard.
Site Maintenance: Participate in nightly cleaning routines, manual labor (scrubbing/wiping), and equipment upkeep.

Required Sales Experience

We are looking for proven performers. Applicants must have 1+ years of experience in sales or conversion-based roles, such as:

Membership Sales: Gyms/Fitness, Wholesale Clubs, Subscriptions.
Retail/Wireless Sales: Cellular (Verizon/AT&T), Automotive, or Electronics.
Commission-Based Roles: Any environment where you were held to daily/weekly KPIs and metrics.
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Outdoor Performance: Work outdoors year-round in all weather (heat, rain, and cold).
Physical Stamina: Stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift; move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Strength: Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs and climb 6' ladders.
Communication: Project your voice clearly over background noise (blowers and engines).

This Role is NOT a Fit if:

You prefer seated, indoor, or slow-paced retail work.
You struggle with physical labor or heavy cleaning tasks.
You cannot work at least one weekend day every week.
