ATTUNE MED SPA – Med Spa Manager (Luxury Medical Spa)

As patients ourselves, we saw the med spa industry needed disruption. We are rapidly expanding locations across Connecticut and the northeast U.S., with plans to launch our brand nationally. We are currently seeking an experienced and talented full-time Med Spa Site Manager to join our team at the Greenwich location.


About the Role

We are seeking a polished, results-driven Med Spa Store Manager to lead operations, team performance, and client experience at our flagship location. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, building a best-in-class team, and delivering a luxury, elevated client journey.

You will act as the face of the location—owning day-to-day execution while partnering closely with leadership to scale the business, optimize performance, and bring our brand vision to life.

What You’ll Do

Team Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of clinical providers and front-of-house staff
  • Establish a high-performance culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, and client excellence
  • Partner on hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a top-tier team
  • Provide real-time feedback and performance management to drive continuous improvement

Revenue Growth & Business Performance

  • Own location-level revenue goals, KPIs, and overall performance metrics
  • Drive client retention, memberships, packages, and retail sales
  • Analyze performance data and proactively identify growth opportunities
  • Execute initiatives to increase bookings, utilization, and client lifetime value

Operations & Client Experience

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless, luxury client experience from check-in to follow-up
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and service flow to maximize efficiency and satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and brand consistency
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, safety, and regulatory requirements

Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Partner with marketing on local activations, events, and partnerships
  • Build relationships within the community to drive brand awareness and client acquisition
  • Support social media and in-spa promotions to enhance engagement and visibility

Strategic Execution

  • Translate company goals into actionable plans at the location level
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to drive performance and profitability
  • Collaborate with leadership on new service offerings, pricing strategies, and growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7+ years of experience in a Med Spa, Aesthetics, Luxury Retail, or Wellness environment
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving revenue growth
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing KPIs and owning performance outcomes
  • Experience in a client-facing, high-touch service environment
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
  • Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience
