Job Summary

Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a Full-Time, Desk-Aligned, Embedded Program Analyst to support 2d Marine Aircraft Wing and 2d Logistics Group at Cherry Point, NC and Camp Lejeune, NC. This position requires a graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course. The analyst will collect Aviation Combat Element (ACE) and Logistics Combat Element (LCE) lessons, support dual-hatted commands, and ensure standardized data capture. This role ensures comprehensive MAGTF coverage and standardized ingestion across aviation and logistics communities as described in Task 2 of the scope of work.

Specific Responsibilities

• Collect Aviation Combat Element (ACE) lessons learned and observations
• Collect Logistics Combat Element (LCE) lessons learned and observations
• Support dual-hatted commands across both aviation and logistics elements
• Ensure standardized data capture across all operational elements
• Ensure comprehensive MAGTF coverage and standardized ingestion processes

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course
• Experience with Marine Aviation Combat Element (ACE) and/or Logistics Combat Element (LCE) operations
• Active Secret security clearance required
• Must be able to work on-site at Cherry Point, NC and Camp Lejeune, NC
• Understanding of MAGTF organization and operations
• Strong data collection and analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple commands and locations
