About the Role:

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the rental industry by facilitating the leasing process for prospective tenants. Your primary objective will be to ensure high occupancy rates by effectively marketing available properties and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for conducting property tours, answering inquiries, and guiding potential tenants through the application process. Additionally, you will collaborate with property management to maintain tenant satisfaction and address any concerns that may arise. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
