Electrical Engineer-St. Louis, MO at ABNA Engineering Inc – St. Louis, Missouri

ABNA is seeking a Electrical Engineer for our Midtown St. Louis, MO location. This position requires a self-motivated

individual to assist with design and development of lighting, power distribution, communication, instrumentation and

controls projects. ABNA is a multi-disciplinary M/W/DBE firm experiencing growing opportunities for electrical

engineering and building services design capabilities for governmental, manufacturing, commercial, and institutional

facilities. Candidate must have 5-10 years of experience.

• Responsible for ensuring the successful execution of design services may include the following tasks and duties:
• Design power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems.
• Create and review electrical equipment specifications.
• Prepare estimates of probable construction costs.
• Perform electrical engineering studies and calculations.
• Develop schematic drawings, wiring diagrams. MCC single line diagrams, control panel layouts, lighting & power
• plan drawings.
• Review Shop drawings and vendor documentation.
• Clearly communicate concepts and ideas with clients and construction personnel.
• Read and interpret P&IDs and General Arrangement Drawings.
• Develop proposals and project hour estimates.
• Assist with sales calls and interviews for projects.
• Meet with clients and vendors.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and designers

Requirements:
