Grounds Maintenance (mowing) & Landscape Foreman at B&A Property Maintenance – Springdale, Arkansas

Technical Competencies:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Physically capable of performing outdoor labor
• Solid knowledge of landscaping techniques and best practices
• Operate vehicles responsibly, including proper load securement and safe trailer maneuvering (clean driving record required)
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and management

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on landscaping tasks as needed, including mowing, trimming, planting, and clean-up
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site
• Lead and supervise landscape crews on daily job sites
• Plan, assign, and oversee daily work activities
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards
• Operate and oversee the safe use of landscaping equipment and tools, plus company vehicles and machinery.
• Monitor job quality, productivity, and safety compliance
• Communicate with management regarding schedules, materials, and progress
• Accurately complete and submit timesheets, plus submit receipts to office for purchases

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Rate: From $18/hr

• Previous industry experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Prior leadership or foreman experience, preferred
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
