About This Position
POSITION SUMMARYThe HR Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the employee lifecycle, with a primary focus on recruitment coordination, onboarding, employment eligibility compliance (I-9), and managing the HR ticketing system. This position ensures a positive candidate and employee experience while maintaining accurate records and compliance with federal and state regulations. The HR Coordinator works closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR leadership to support high-volume hiring in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Founded with the purpose of creating smiles and providing superior dental outcomes through a dual specialty integrated care model, beBright is a doctor-owned and led shared services organization providing administrative and operational support to practices across multiple states.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESRecruitment SupportCoordinate high-volume recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer processing.Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and timely hiring process.Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline status.Support recruitment events, job fairs, and residency outreach as needed.Onboarding & New Hire ExperienceManage end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure a positive, welcoming onboarding experience.Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, addressing questions and escalating issues as appropriate.Ensure new hire data is accurately entered into HRIS systems (e.g., ADP).I-9 & ComplianceComplete, review, and maintain Form I-9 documentation in compliance with federal and state regulations.Conduct regular I-9 audits and support corrective actions when required.Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with record retention requirements.Stay informed on changes to employment eligibility and onboarding regulations.HR Ticketing System ManagementManage and monitor the HR ticketing system, ensuring timely response and resolution of employee inquiries.Triage tickets, resolve routine HR requests, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR team members.Track ticket trends and recurring issues to support process improvements.Ensure consistent documentation and communication within the ticketing system.HR Operations SupportMaintain employee files and HR documentation in accordance with Company policies.Respond to routine employee questions related to onboarding, benefits navigation, and general HR processes.Support HR reporting, audits, and special projects as needed.QUALIFICATIONSAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting support, onboarding, or HR operations.Experience managing an HR ticketing system or service desk preferred.Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments strongly preferred.Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems (ADP, Hireology, or similar).SKILLS & ATTRIBUTESHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong follow-through and time management skillsCustomer-service oriented with a problem-solving mindsetComfortable handling confidential and sensitive informationAble to prioritize and manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environmentWHY JOIN beBrightOpportunity to grow within a multi-state, fast-growing organizationExposure to multiple HR functions and career pathsSupportive, people-first cultureCompetitive compensation ($20/hour+ DOE) and benefits
