Position Summary:
We are looking for a Sales Admin Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for managing sales administration and overall sales operations to ensure accurate and efficient sales processes. The Sales Admin plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional activities and overseeing sales data, reporting, promotions, and customer-related operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Forecasting & Refinement
- Estimate monthly revenue based on received Purchase Orders (PO)
- Compare and analyze forecasted revenue vs. sales team estimates; refine monthly revenue figures through regular alignment meetings
- Analyze revenue performance based on P&L structure including Gross Sales, Net Sales, and Gross Profit
- Conduct rolling 3-month revenue forecasting beyond current month analysis
- Perform Gap Analysis vs. Plan and develop action plans to close revenue gaps
2. Sales Schedule & Data Management
- Maintain and update Sales Promotion, Customer Review, and Reset schedules
- Analyze monthly revenue impact and trends using schedule data
- Ensure data accuracy and perform regular data validation
3. KPI Management
- Set, track, and report on revenue-related KPI metrics
- Conduct Plan vs. Actual analysis and root cause analysis for performance gaps
- Support sales team collaboration and action planning to achieve KPI targets
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Communicate proactively with SCM and Procurement teams based on revenue forecasts to support inventory planning
- Conduct regular information sharing and meetings with Sales, SCM, Procurement, and Finance teams
- Drive rapid cross-functional problem resolution when issues arise
5. HQ Reporting
- Prepare and submit regular HQ reports (monthly/quarterly)
- Respond promptly and accurately to ad-hoc requests from senior management and HQ
- Produce comprehensive reports covering revenue status, forecasts, and KPI performance
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of Gross Profit and P&L structure
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, promotions, and reporting timelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean
- Experience in the food Industry
- Experience managing trade promotions and deductions
- Experience working with key retail or distributor account
The base salary for this position is between $25.00 and $30.00/hr. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
