Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree and 6 months of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As an Embedded Software Engineer in the Space and Intelligence Systems business, you'll be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for design, development, and test of specialized solutions that are launched into space and considered by our customers to be national assets.

- Proficiency in languages such as C++, C, Python
- Knowledge of designing networked applications, microservices architecture, and distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Experience with authentication, authorization, and security best practices
- Knowledge of message queuing systems and event-driven architectures
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Proficient with version control systems such as Git/Gitlab
- Thrive in a collaborative, security-conscious environment

USD $100,219.00 - USD $111,180.00 /Yr.
