Are you a dedicated RN with a passion for making a difference? We’re looking for a Weekend On-Call Nurse to provide exceptional care and comfort to our patients on hospice services.

This is an on-call position starting at 5PM on Friday until 8AM Monday. Must be available to make needed visits during this time.

What We Offer:

· Competitive Salary - $84,000 - $93,600 annually

· High mileage reimbursement rate

Current Colorado Nursing License
Strong clinical and communication skills
Dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care

Experience in hospice and home health preferred.
