What You'll Do
Every child has unique strengths, challenges, and goals. You'll use your clinical knowledge and creativity to help each child move, play, participate, and thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and developing individualized plans of care.
• Providing engaging, evidence based treatment tailored to each child's developmental needs and functional goals.
• Addressing gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, mobility, and motor control as appropriate.
• Supporting developmental milestones, functional mobility, and participation in everyday activities.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans to promote meaningful outcomes.
• Educating parents and caregivers on therapeutic strategies, home exercise programs, and ways to support progress outside the clinic.
• Collaborating with Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, families, and other professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintaining accurate, timely clinical documentation and meeting applicable professional and regulatory requirements.
• Staying current with pediatric rehabilitation practices through continuing education and professional development.
• Bringing enthusiasm, patience, and creativity to every therapy session.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a clinician who combines strong clinical skills with a genuine passion for helping children and families.

Qualifications include:
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or qualifying degree in Physical Therapy from an appropriately accredited program.
• Current South Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain the required license.
• Knowledge of pediatric rehabilitation, motor development, and developmental milestones.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate patient needs, prioritize treatment goals, and adapt to a changing caseload.
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing pediatric therapy team.
