Pediatric Therapy Associates is a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy company seeking a dedicated, energetic Physical Therapist to join our Aiken, SC clinic. We’re passionate about collaboration, patient-centered care, and helping children ages 0–21 reach their highest potential.

Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
Provide high-quality, evidence-based treatment in a fun, engaging environment.
Track and document patient progress in compliance with company policies.
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding goals and home programs.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain compliance with all state and federal Physical Therapy regulations and HIPAA standards.
Stay current with best practices through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) Physical Therapist in the state of South Carolina.
Strong knowledge of pediatric rehabilitative techniques and developmental milestones.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to assess, prioritize, and adapt to a dynamic caseload.
Passion for making therapy creative, motivating, and effective.
Demonstrates initiative and enthusiasm for contributing to clinic growth.
