Job Overview

  • Location: Beaverton, OR (Travel Required).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (Overtime available).

  • Project Scope: Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Installations.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: EPA Certification and Valid Driver's License.

The Opportunity

You will serve as the technical anchor and field leader for high-stakes installation projects, transforming them into fully operational comfort systems. This role empowers you to mentor rising talent while ensuring every project meets the elite quality standards our customers expect.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from initial setup to final system start-up.

  • Supervise and mentor junior installers to ensure field work aligns with local codes and company safety protocols.

  • Execute complex technical tasks including low and line voltage wiring and copper refrigerant line brazing.

  • Install high-efficiency flex and sheet metal duct systems to optimize airflow in diverse residential environments.

  • Perform rigorous final quality checks and system testing to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction upon completion.

  • Manage jobsite logistics by verifying all materials are accounted for and equipment is handled with extreme care.

Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional HVAC installation experience.

  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing field crews and training apprentices.

  • Expert mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate all industry-standard hand and power tools.

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

  • Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • NATE Certification.

  • Advanced proficiency in reading complex technical manuals.

  • Demonstrated history of solving on-site logistical obstacles without direct supervision.
