Job OverviewCompany: Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning LLC
Salary/Pay Rate: $35 to $50 per hour (based on experience).
Location: Ser (Travel Required).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Overtime available).
Project Scope: Residential and Commercial HVAC Service.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: EPA Certification and Valid Driver's License.
You will serve as a vital technical expert, ensuring the comfort and safety of residential & light commercial clients by maintaining high-performance HVAC systems. How You Will Make an ImpactDiagnose complex HVAC failures to provide accurate, long-term repair solutions for residential & light commercial customers.
Execute detailed maintenance protocols on furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps to maximize system efficiency.
Maintain 100% customer satisfaction by explaining technical findings in a clear and professional manner.
Test system performance metrics including pressure and leak detection to ensure high-quality installations.
Manage on-site inventory and parts procurement to streamline service calls and reduce project downtime.
Document all service reports and safety inspections with precision to maintain transparent field operations.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HVAC service and repair.
Proven technical proficiency in residential & light commercial heating, cooling, and heat pump systems.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Absolute commitment to safety standards and the ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with homeowners and business contacts.
5 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance.
Completion of a formal HVAC apprenticeship or equivalent technical training program.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing schedules, priorities, and new HVAC technologies.
