Beer Capitol Distributing, LLC in Sussex, WI is now hiring a Promotions Specialist. The team members of Beer Capitol Distributing, LLC are committed, innovative leaders of the beverage industry through marketing, selling, distributing, merchandising, and servicing quality products to our valued customers.

Promotions Specialists serve as brand ambassadors for Beer Capitol’s portfolio, representing products at a variety of locations including bars, restaurants, retail stores, and public events. They connect with customers through engaging promotional activities such as product tastings, prize giveaways, interactive games, and branded experiences, all designed to build awareness and excitement around featured beverages.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a professional representative of Beer Capitol’s brand portfolio at promotional events and retail locations
2. Interact with consumers in a friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic manner
3. Carry out promotional activities such as product samplings, giveaways, and interactive games
4. Assemble and break down event displays and branded materials
5. Share basic product information with customers and address general inquiries
6. Communicate event outcomes and consumer feedback to the Promotions Manager
7. Additional duties as assigned.

11. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with team members and partners
12. Working knowledge of the product portfolio and promotional offerings

Qualifications:

1. Must be 21+
2. Must have reliable transportation
3. Ability to work nights and weekends
