Benefits and Perks
Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.
As Remittance Director, you will own and scale our U.S. sender-side remittance business and shape how we deliver financial services to underserved markets.
This role is part commercial leadership, part performance operator, and part cross-functional integrator. You will drive corridor growth, coordinate closely with local operations teams in-market, influence product evolution, and ensure disciplined financial performance across the business.
Own U.S. Sender Performance - Lead the commercial strategy and P&L performance of the U.S. remittance business, defining corridor-level growth plans and driving volume, revenue, and margin outcomes.
Design & Execute Local Action Plans - Partner with local teams to co-create structured commercial initiatives, track daily performance, and implement repeatable playbooks that improve acquisition, retention, pricing, and distribution effectiveness.
Lead Distribution & Field Strategy - Strengthen and expand our U.S. agent network, optimize regional performance, and ensure disciplined execution across key remittance states.
Shape Product Through Market Insight - Translate on-the-ground commercial insights into clear inputs for Product and Tech, contributing to roadmap priorities and ensuring features align with business objectives.
Drive Financial Discipline - Partner with Finance to develop business cases, manage budgets, and ensure initiatives meet ROI and performance thresholds.
7+ Years of Experience in remittance, fintech, payments, or multi-market financial services - You’ve owned revenue or P&L in a distributed, performance-driven environment.
Execution Orientation - You operate comfortably in fast-moving, cross-border environments and know how to translate strategy into measurable results.
Cross-Functional Leadership - You have a track record of aligning Operations, Product, and Finance around shared outcomes.
Commercial & Analytical Rigor - You understand corridor economics, distribution models, pricing levers, and performance management frameworks.
Global Mindset - You are comfortable working across markets, cultures, and time zones - able to travel internationally as needed, inclusive of regular visits to HQ in Palo Alto.
