WKS welcomes suitable applicants to our Intensive Care Unit. Our patients require ventilator support, arterial lines and multiple vasoactive IV medications. The nurses function in a 1:2 nurse to patient ratio, which allows the nurse to provide thorough, quality patient care in a setting with an excellent team.

All WKS employees are encouraged to grow in their knowledge and practice, with access to national certifications and tuition reimbursement. We strive to continuously improve care to our patients and the community.

​​Applicants with critical care experience are preferred, but the right new graduate who is motivated and possesses an adequate skill and knowledge level may be considered. Orientation is based on the applicant's individual needs.
