  • Create and send daily summaries of all client communications to relevant team members
  • Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor when assisting clients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth flow of information and to support continuous improvement in client communication processes
  • Coordinate new client intakes, including distributing and collecting required information, documentation, and sending follow up forms
  • Support clinical scheduling services including scheduling intakes, consultations, and follow-up appointments for Verge providers as needed
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Support general office operations including supply ordering, deliveries, property management support, and mailing confidential documents as needed
  • Respond appropriately and professionally to sensitive client situations, following established protocols

  • Proficiency with office software and scheduling systems
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with medical billing or insurance processes
  • Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, empathetic approach
