Senior Analyst, Integration & Organizational Effectiveness

Position Summary

The Senior Analyst, Integration & Organizational Effectiveness plays a critical role in advancing enterprise-wide integration and organizational effectiveness initiatives across RWJBarnabas Health.

This role serves supports complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve how work is designed, integrated, and executed across the health system.

This role will also be instrumental in advancing Human Resources digital strategy, exploring cutting edge technologies like AI, and building advanced talent analytics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Integration & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Support the planning and execution of enterprise-wide integration and organizational effectiveness initiatives, including process harmonization, operating model changes, and work redesign efforts
  • Independently manage defined project workstreams, translating strategic objectives into structured analyses, recommendations, and implementation-ready deliverables
  • Assist in the development and application of frameworks and playbooks for leading complex, cross-functional integration initiatives across the health system,

Organizational Design & Work Redesign

  • Support organizational design and work redesign initiatives through current-state assessments, task and role analysis, and future-state modeling
  • Develop clear documentation, analyses, and visual materials to support role clarity, capacity planning, and efficiency discussions
  • Partner with HRBPs, operational leaders, and other COEs to support adoption and execution of organizational effectiveness solutions,

HR Digital Strategy, Analytics & AI Enablement

  • Support the development and execution of the HR digital strategy by conducting research, analysis, and requirements definition for digital and automation-enabled initiatives
  • Identify and explore use cases for AI and automation in support of organizational effectiveness, integration, and workforce-related processes
  • Leverage workforce data and analytics to inform integration and OE initiatives, collaborating closely with HR Digital & Analytics partners to translate insights into actionable recommendation

Research, Insights & Executive Support

  • Conduct research and benchmarking on organizational effectiveness, integration models, HR digital transformation, AI in HR, and future-of-work trends
  • Prepare high-quality analyses, summaries, and presentation materials to support Director-led discussions with senior leaders and key stakeholders

Informal Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide informal leadership and mentorship to analysts or project team members, supporting quality, consistency, and effective execution of work
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools, frameworks, and ways of working within the Integration & Organizational Effectiveness COE

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field is preferred; Master s degree is a plus,
  • 4 7+ years of progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, organizational design, workforce planning, HR strategy, management consulting, or related analytical roles is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data, process, and organizational dynamics
  • Comfort working with data and metrics (eg Excel, BI tools) with a focus on insight generation rather than advanced statistical modeling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in developing clear, structured materials for senior audiences
  • Proven ability to operate indephcare or similarly complex, regulated environments is a plus
