Summary of Job Purpose:
The Service Manager will be responsible, under the supervision of the Business Manager, for the overall maintenance of the community, plus other day-to-day operations of the community. Will supervise and train the Service Technician team to efficiently respond, troubleshoot and repair property work orders in a timely and efficient manner. In addition, the Service Manager will handle scheduling of unit turnovers, unit inspections and oversee third party vendors assigned to the community.
Minimum Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years Residential Maintenance industry experience (250 units or more) with a wide range of training and/or proven abilities in repairing and upgrading buildings, grounds, facilities and equipment.Minimum 2 Years experience as Lease-up Service Supervisor.Minimum of 4 years maintenance supervisor experience required.
