Job Type - Full Time, Hybrid

The Director of Digital Enterprise Solutions is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms that enable SENKO’s global business operations to scale efficiently. This role focuses on improving business productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency through the effective use of ERP, digital platforms, and practical AI capabilities.

This is a newly created role that blends enterprise systems leadership with a forward-looking approach to AI-enabled automation, analytics, and decision support. The role partners closely with global business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure solutions are pragmatic, secure, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.

This role is critical to advancing how SENKO operates globally - moving beyond system implementation toward intelligent, data-driven, and AI-enabled ways of working that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Enterprise Solutions & Digital Transformation
  • Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of enterprise solutions supporting global finance, supply chain, operations, and sales functions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated digital solutions that improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish enterprise solution standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to drive adoption, change management, and continuous improvement.
ERP & Core Business Systems
  • Own the optimization and evolution of NetSuite ERP across Financials, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory.
  • Ensure ERP processes are standardized where appropriate while supporting regional business needs.
  • Drive process simplification, automation, and data quality improvements to support analytics and AI use cases.
AI & Intelligent Automation
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and intelligent automation to enterprise processes such as forecasting, demand planning, finance operations, supply chain optimization, and sales enablement.
  • Lead the adoption of AI-assisted capabilities embedded in ERP, analytics, workflow automation, and collaboration platforms.
  • Partner with business leaders to define clear AI use cases, success metrics, and governance models.
  • Ensure responsible deployment of AI solutions with appropriate controls for data quality, security, compliance, and explainability.
  • Monitor emerging enterprise AI technologies and translate them into practical, scalable business applications.
Digital Platforms & Analytics
  • Leverage Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse, and related tools to enable low-code automation and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with data and IT teams to ensure enterprise data models support advanced analytics and AI consumption.
  • Oversee integrations across enterprise platforms using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS solutions.

Supervisory

  • Provide technical oversight during development, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Manage ERP and Digital Transformation teams, including hiring, training, and developing employees, as well as identify opportunities to increase knowledge and improve quality
  • Maintain staff performance results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job performance results, conducting annual reviews and making salary adjustment recommendations
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on digital, ERP, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Manage external vendors, system integrators, and technology partners.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority in a global, matrixed organization.
Requirements:

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, solution architecture, or digital transformation roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with ERP platforms; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing process automation, analytics, or AI-enabled features in enterprise environments.
  • Ability to evaluate, adopt, and operationalize AI capabilities in real-world business applications.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.

Deep AI research or data science expertise is not required; however, candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead AI adoption within enterprise applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI copilots, intelligent automation, or embedded AI in ERP or BI platforms.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Power Platform, or enterprise analytics ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or global operations environments.
