Insurance Coverage / Defense Attorney – Chicago – Hybrid Remote

Job duties:
Work hybrid remote.
· Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation · Draft dispositive motions, coverage position letters, and reservation of rights correspondence · Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as mediations and arbitrations · Manage caseload independently while collaborating with partners and clients
Required:
· IL bar· Recent experience with insurance coverage or defense
