Talantage is currently seeking a Transactional Senior Associate in our clients corporate practice group. The ideal candidates will be a highly motivated attorney with 4–6 years of transactional experience, including significant exposure to mergers & acquisitions (M&A).

Talantage is currently seeking a Transactional Senior Associate in our clients corporate practice group. The ideal candidates will be a highly motivated attorney with 4–6 years of transactional experience, including significant exposure to mergers & acquisitions (M&A).
Responsibilities
- Lead and support sophisticated corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic business combinations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and related transaction documents.
- Advise clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Manage deal processes from inception to closing, working closely with clients, partners, and other team members.
- Mentor and supervise junior associates as appropriate.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.
- Active license to practice law in Georgia (required).
- 4–6 years of transactional legal experience, with a strong emphasis on M&A.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality client service.
- Law school transcript must be submitted with transcript.
