Job duties:
Work hybrid remote. We have offices in Jersey City, Hackensack, and Woodbridge. This role offers hands-on experience handling all stages of litigation from drafting motions and managing discovery to attending court appearances, conducting depositions, and engaging directly with clients.

• Manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
• Draft high-quality motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
