Associate Attorney at Clausen Miller P.C. – Florham Park, New Jersey

Clausen Miller PC seeks an Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of New Jersey litigation experience in first-party property and liability coverage. The associate attorney would work underneath a Senior Partner on each case assigned.

Must be licensed in New Jersey. Candidates should have excellent academic background plus reading, writing, communication and attention to detail skills.

Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, CLEs, registration fees, etc. Hybrid schedule is acceptable. Our office is located in Florham Park, NJ. The salary ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 plus benefits (health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, CLEs, registration fees, etc.).

• 2-5 years of New Jersey litigation experience in first-party property and liability coverage
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses
• Assisting with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories and reviewing documents
• Performing legal research
• Making court appearances
