What You’ll DoOwn the estimating process: Prepare accurate, detailed repair/rebuild estimates using Xactimate.

Be the expert on-site: Conduct thorough inspections for fire, water, wind, mold, and other damage.

Collaborate & negotiate: Work closely with insurance adjusters, project managers, and clients to ensure fair and timely settlements.

Support project success: Track progress, update scopes, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Deliver excellence: Follow industry standards, company policies, and provide exceptional customer service at every step.

What We’re Looking ForExperience: 2+ years as an Estimator in insurance restoration or construction.

Technical skills: Proficiency in Xactimate (Level 2 Certification preferred).

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

Ability to read blueprints, interpret specs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

High school diploma required; Construction Management degree preferred.

Preferred SkillsExperience with fire, water, mold, or storm restoration.

Familiarity with Next Gear Dash, CoreLogic, or other restoration platforms.

Ability to thrive under deadlines and adapt to changing conditions.
