Advanced Cleaning Solutions is a professional commercial cleaning company that provides disinfection services that are supported by stringent quality control practices, time-tested processes, tracking, and oversight.

We are currently hiring and seeking an experienced cleaning professional team lead who can maintain and provide quality service and client satisfaction.

Pay: $20 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday (7am-3pm) Hours May VaryEmployment Type: Flexible availability is required based on operational needs

Reports to: Owner & Regional ManagerLocation: Multiple sites throughout the Lehigh Valley and possibly beyond

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dependable and hardworking Team Leader to run and manage a crew of 4-6 individuals at various Post-Construction job sites to support the final cleaning stage of construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of individuals, delegating tasks throughout the course of a workday

Be the driver of a team of individuals, which may include picking up and dropping off team members at the start and finish of the day

Communicate with jobsite supervisor on necessary tasks that are required throughout the workday

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces

Maintain restrooms, common areas, and workspaces to high cleanliness standards

Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively

General labor

Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while completing assigned duties

Complete repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to quality

Travel to and work at multiple locations as assigned

Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly

Physical Requirements:

Role requires performing strenuous physical tasks, operating cleaning equipment, and completing repetitive duties with attention to safety and quality. Role may also require standing/lifting for long periods, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 50 -100 lbs., and frequent bending, kneeling or reaching.

Qualifications:

Bilingual required

High school diploma preferred, but not required

Must be able to travel to multiple locations

Valid driver’s license

Ability to safely transport employees to and from job sites

Previous cleaning or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
