(Note: Daily end times may vary slightly depending on the volume and scope of scheduled services).
Professional Development: While we look for experience, we also provide access to best-practice guides and support to ensure that every cleaning meets the exacting "Clean Suite Standard."
Commitment to Professionalism: While you bring the effort, we ensure you have the tools. We provide all the necessary high-quality professional cleaning equipment and specialized supplies for a nominal monthly maintenance fee of just $0.50 per month.
Requirements:Requirements
To uphold our reputation for excellence, we require candidates who meet the following strict criteria:
Mandatory Professional Experience: A minimum of 1 year of documented professional experience in residential home cleaning, housekeeping services in luxury hotels/hospitality settings, or property preparation services for vacation rentals.
Essential Personal Transportation: Due to the nature of servicing multiple properties across different locations, you must possess a reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license. This is fundamental to ensuring punctual and efficient travel between assignments.
5-Star Attitude and Communication: We seek individuals capable of maintaining impeccable "5-star" standards in every job, without exception. Furthermore, excellent communication skills—including the ability to respond and coordinate promptly via smartphone—are required for schedule management and resolving issues at the worksite.
Availability to work on weekends.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (approx. 9 kg).
Ability to stand and bend for 8 hours.
