Position Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Migration Partners to assist in the development and execution of a customizable plan supporting Navy Fleet Support. This role involves applying advanced technical expertise to implement robust business solutions, directing small teams, and ensuring on-site quality control. The successful candidate will work independently to navigate complex migration challenges and deliver high-quality results for our naval partners.

Mandatory Certifications

Key Responsibilities

Solution Implementation: Independently apply advanced technical expertise and skills to implement mission-critical business solutions.Team Leadership: Direct and mentor small teams to ensure project milestones are met and technical standards are maintained.Quality Control: Perform on-site quality control assessments to verify that migration activities align with Navy Fleet Support requirements.Technical Consultation: Apply technical skills to help develop and refine highly customizable migration plans tailored to specific fleet needs.Project Oversight: Ensure all implemented solutions are technically sound and meet the operational standards of the Navy.

Required Technical Skills

Migration Expertise: Three or more years of relevant experience in technical migration support or systems implementation.Technical Problem Solving: Advanced ability to apply technical skills to solve complex business and organizational challenges.Leadership: Proven experience directing small teams within a technical or project-based environment.Communication: Strong ability to document processes and communicate technical requirements to both team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Navy Support: Prior experience supporting Navy Fleet Support or other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP migration frameworks and public sector business systems.Field Operations: Experience managing on-site quality control in a government or military environment.
