Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused professional to serve as a key liaison between employees, human resources, and on-site teams. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for employee support—addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring positive, compliant employee experience. You’ll manage timekeeping processes, support onboarding, maintain accurate records, and assist with investigations, all while collaborating cross-functionally to support operations and project success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, timekeeping, and general concerns
- Resolve employee issues promptly while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and support HR investigations as needed
- Assist with timesheet reviews and the approval process
- Guide employees in using self-service tools such as STEPQ
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support operations, project execution, and enhance overall employee experience
- Support onboarding tasks for new hire associates
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor
- Effective problem-solving abilities, including conflict resolution and de-escalation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail oriented
- Sound judgement in determining when to resolve or escalate issues
- Emotional intelligence, including active listening, empathy, and professionalism under pressure
- Receptive to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to demonstrate a firm but fair demeanor in decision making
- 3+ years of experience in an admin or HR role
- 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing environment or consulting company
