Jail-Based MAT Peer Recovery Specialist

Salary: $16.32/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide non-clinical support, screenings, and recovery coaching in a jail setting
• Engage individuals and connect them to resources before and after release
• Promote self-advocacy, peer support, and long-term recovery
• Serve as a mentor through shared lived experience

What You’ll Bring:

• Certified Recovery Peer Specialist (or ability to obtain within 13 months)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of lived recovery experience
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record
