This role involves working closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver critical care to patients with severe and life-threatening illnesses or injuries.Strong clinical skills in a high-intensity healthcare setting, particularly in critical care and life support.Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Compassion and patience in dealing with critically ill patients and their families.Proficient in using healthcare software and systems.
