About This Position
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Vice President of Learning and Organizational Effectiveness is a dynamic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide strategies that strengthen leadership capabilities, enhance employee engagement, and foster a high performing, inclusive organizational culture to our external clients of Solutions EAP. This position oversees training, coaching, change management business development and workforce development initiatives to align our client’s people strategy and business objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design & lead organizational development strategies that improve client’s business outcomes, employee performance and overall organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct external organizational assessments including culture, capability and performance gaps; recommend and implement action plans.
- Partner with our clients executive leadership to provide trainings, assist with employee engagement, change management, succession planning and long term talent strategy.
- Lead strategic planning for learning, leadership development, and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Build and manage an internal & external training academy and onboard programs and leadership development pipelines.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand organizational reach and enhance service offerings, resulting in increased visibility and sustainable growth.
- Represent the organization at key industry events, forums and stakeholder meetings to promote mission alignment, brand recognition and funding opportunities.
- Provide 1:1 coaching for leaders.
- Create tailored development plans to enhance leadership competencies, emotional intelligence and team effectiveness.
- Partner with HR to build inclusive leadership programs and reinforce organizational values.
- Regularly assess program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Provide quarterly KPI report.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills;
- 15+ years of progressive experience in leadership development or related field
- Strong experience with coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
- Certifications in coaching or training (SHRM, CTI, etc)
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Excellent, professional and positive customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft, Power Point, Vizio, Excel
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into action
- Data driven mindset with strong evaluation and measurement skills
- Influential leadership presence and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High emotional intelligence and cultural competence
- Ability to manage ambiguity and lead through change
- Excellent and professional presentation skills
