HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE? As a Growth Advisor, you’ll serve as a dedicated partner to small business owners in our SBA Microloan Program - guiding them toward stability, sustainability, and success. You’ll provide one-on-one consulting, conduct on-site visits, and offer hands-on strategic support tailored to each client’s unique needs.

You’ll help business owners strengthen operations, improve financial management, and identify opportunities for expansion - ensuring that every entrepreneur you serve moves closer to their goals.

WHO YOU ARE: You’re passionate about small business growth and have a heart for helping others succeed. You thrive on connecting with people, solving challenges, and finding creative ways to empower entrepreneurs. You’re flexible, approachable, and confident managing diverse business needs - from reviewing financials to building trust with clients in the field.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES

Education /Background:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field or equivalent experience Experience in small business advising, entrepreneurship, banking, or lending required Knowledge of SBA microloan programs and small business financial management required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet business owners’ schedules Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for site visits Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
