Regional Sales Executive - Remote at Spade Recruiting – Hoover, Alabama

• Coordinate appointments: Schedule Zoom consultations and follow-ups with licensed agents; confirm attendance and send reminders.

• Document accurately: Maintain clear, up-to-date digital records and case notes; follow compliance and privacy standards.

• Communicate with care: Engage clients by phone, email, and Zoom with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

• Excellent communicator with strong listening and problem-solving skills.

• Tech-comfortable: Able to navigate CRMs, email, calendars, and video platforms.

• Reliable & organized: Strong attention to detail and time management in a remote setting.

• Team-minded self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

• Experience in customer service, insurance, or admin support is a plus (not required).
