Role Description:
The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nashville, TN, responsible for overseeing daily parking operations across assigned facilities. This role manages frontline staff, schedules, and workflows to ensure safe, efficient, and courteous service for all customers and clients. The Operations Manager monitors facility performance, reviews financial and operational reports, and ensures adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing technology solutions, coordinating maintenance and cleanliness, and resolving customer or client issues in a timely and professional manner. The Operations Manager also supports budgeting and forecasting, prepares regular performance updates, and partners with leadership to identify process improvements and growth opportunities.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- Operations and leadership abilities, including staff supervision, scheduling, and day-to-day facility management.
- Strong customer service, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Financial acumen, including basic budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation of parking revenues.
- Comfort working with parking technologies, payment systems, and reporting tools, with the ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- 3-5 years Parking Experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashville, TN, including occasional evenings, weekends, or event-related hours as needed.
- Prior experience in parking, facilities, hospitality, property management, or related operations is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus.
