Status: Non Exempt
Reports to: Certification Manager
Job Summary: The Certification Specialist is responsible for delivering required client content to contractors so they can successfully provide services and meet client goals. They take content provided by clients and format for presentation in a virtual setting, adapting the content to make it interactive, fun, and engaging. They are also responsible for re-certifying existing independent contractors on any new client information.
Essential Functions:?
- Present and convey information from NexRep’s clients to the independent contractors in a live virtual environment.
- Co-facilitate certification groups.
- Complete daily roll-ups to Operations on the progress of the class.
- Consistently collaborate with campaign managers on content to ensure that client’s policies and procedures are up to date.
- Create and update content to be used in Certification.
- Get feedback from independent contractors to identify trends.
- Host refreshers to keep independent contractors up to date on client’s policies, products, procedures, etc.
- Implement and evaluate existing techniques used for certifying independent contractors.
- Meet with contractors 1 x 1 when they are behind on certification content.
- Help new contractors in their first 1-2 weeks of service after completing certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Office 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Organized and careful about
- time management.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Own laptop or desktop computer equipped with an HD webcam. (2 monitors recommended)
- Fast and stable internet connection.
- Headset fitted with a microphone.
- Technological
- Proficiency.
- Hours vary depending on client needs. Must be available nights and weekends as needed.
- Always maintain a professional environment.
- A well-lit, distraction-free environment.
Hours/Travel: Example -- Evening, weekend and holiday hours may be required to meet client’s needs.? Travel to NexRep headquarters a minimum of twice per year, in addition to the clients’ location for business meetings as needed is required. NexRep will reimburse for travel expenses incurred.
