Job Type: Full-time/Part-time

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier. The Cashier will be responsible for accurately processing transactions, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any inquiries or concerns.
• Scan items, ensure pricing is accurate, and process transactions efficiently.
• Accept payments in cash, credit, or other forms according to company policies.
• Bag merchandise and provide customers with receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including cleaning conveyor belts and counters.
• Handle returns and exchanges in a courteous and professional manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.
• Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
• The cashier is responsible for answering the phones and routing calls accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Basic math skills and the ability to operate a cash register or POS system.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
