The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while driving engineering excellence across teams.

• Build and own end-to-end SaaS applications across frontend, backend, and database layers, delivering reliable, maintainable, and high-quality production code.
• Design scalable and future-ready architectures while proactively identifying technical gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive application performance, availability, and reliability by investigating issues, optimizing systems, and implementing effective solutions.
• Promote a strong quality culture by embedding testing practices such as unit, integration, and contract testing throughout the development lifecycle.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity while maintaining strong technical judgment and code quality standards.
• Conduct thoughtful code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor other engineers to improve team capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences while making effective technical decisions.
• Partner with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and continuously improve development processes and standards.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong full-stack engineer with experience building reliable applications at scale and a passion for creating impactful user-focused products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience building reliable, performant applications and microservices in production environments.
• Strong full-stack development experience across frontend, backend, and database technologies.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React.js and backend technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, or Ruby on Rails.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and experience with technical domains such as distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, databases, networking, security, serverless platforms, or event-driven systems.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, testable, and maintainable code while following engineering best practices.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make thoughtful technical trade-offs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, product, and design teams.
