Landscape Maintenance Crew Member
ClearSite Land Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. This hands-on role is essential in maintaining the beauty and health of landscaped areas across our service properties. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain flowerbeds through weeding, edging, mulching, cutting back, and cleanup activities
- Mow, trim, and edge turf areas to ensure a well-manicured appearance
- Trim and shape shrubs and ornamental plants for optimal growth and aesthetics
- Control weeds and apply herbicides in beds and along hardscape features
- Perform seasonal cleanups, including leaf and debris removal
- Water plants and perform basic irrigation system checks; report broken heads or leaks
- Keep job sites clean and organized, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment safely and effectively
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor work preferred
- Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus
