Assistente Comercial

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Assistente Comercial based in Brazil.

You will support a dynamic commercial and operational environment within a large, multi-brand beauty ecosystem, contributing directly to the efficiency of key business processes.
The role is focused on ensuring smooth execution of administrative and commercial routines linked to Key Accounts and internal stakeholders.
You will play an important part in maintaining accurate controls, updated records, and well-structured operational flows.
The position requires strong coordination with different internal areas such as Commercial, Finance, and Trade teams.
It offers exposure to structured processes, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Execute administrative and operational routines within the commercial area, ensuring accuracy and consistency in daily activities.
  • Support agenda organization, demand tracking, internal follow-ups, and workflow coordination across teams.
  • Monitor and control commercial budget processes for Key Accounts, ensuring correct validation, approvals, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and operational reports used by the area.
  • Act as a point of support between Commercial, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure process alignment.
  • Identify pending items, track deadlines, and ensure timely completion of operational tasks.
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of internal processes and controls.
Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Structured and disciplined profile with the ability to follow established processes.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple simultaneous demands.
  • Previous experience in administrative, financial, or commercial routines is a plus.
