- Support basic administrative and operational activities under direct supervision, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily tasks.
- Organize, archive, digitize, and maintain physical and digital documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in updating spreadsheets, forms, and internal databases as part of routine administrative processes.
- Help gather information and perform simple research to support internal reports and activities.
- Handle basic communication tasks such as answering calls, recording messages, and routing requests appropriately.
- Support the coordination of meetings, schedules, and internal events when required.
- Assist in reviewing administrative documents such as invoices and records, without validation authority.
- Follow internal policies, code of conduct, and organizational procedures to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Must meet legal requirements for apprenticeship programs (typically 14 to 24 years old, unless otherwise applicable for persons with disabilities).
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed high school education.
- Basic understanding of Portuguese communication, both written and spoken.
- Interest in administrative routines and willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel is a plus.
- Strong sense of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a supervised environment.
- Good teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate in structured workflows.
- Availability to work 6 hours per day (30 hours per week), including training activities.
