Monarch is looking for afull-time Groundskeeperto join our team at The Ridge at Chestnut Apartments in Kansas City, Missouri. This is ayear-round, consistent positionwhere no two days are the sameand your office is the great outdoors!
PAY:$16.00 - $19.00/hour+ up to $3,000/year in quarterly bonus potential!
Schedule:MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (full-time, steady work year-round)

  • Keeping the property looking beautiful and well-maintained
  • Landscaping and general grounds upkeep
  • Trash removal and clean up
  • Tackling seasonal tasksyes, even snow removal when needed
