Regional Operations and Service Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Regional Operations and Service Analyst based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of operations, advisory support, and regional business execution within a fast-paced wealth management environment. It offers broad exposure to both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational workflows that support high-performing advisory teams. The successful candidate will work closely with regional leadership to improve efficiency, strengthen internal processes, and ensure a seamless experience for advisors and clients alike. This is a highly collaborative position where attention to detail, adaptability, and analytical thinking are essential. The role provides meaningful visibility into business performance and regional priorities while contributing directly to operational excellence. It is well suited for someone early in their career who is eager to grow within financial services and gain hands-on experience in complex organizational operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide direct operational and administrative support to regional leadership, including the Director of Business Execution and advisory teams, across strategic initiatives and day-to-day priorities.
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires and advisory teams, coordinating logistics, system access, documentation, and integration into regional workflows.
  • Assist in developing and distributing standard operating procedures, best practices, and training materials to promote consistency and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate office operations and administrative needs, including facilities management, vendor coordination, and workspace logistics.
  • Respond to and manage delegated operational requests, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Support cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, client service quality, and regional performance.
  • Partner with advisors and internal teams on ad hoc projects, serving as a reliable operational resource for the region.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, financial services, consulting, or a fast-paced professional environment.
  • Exposure to wealth management, banking, or financial services environments is strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of operational processes, data analysis, and performance tracking within business settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, interpret, and present data clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth client environments is a plus.
