Job Description
Position Summary:
Develops, organizes and implements high quality YMCA swim team program.
Essential Functions:
- Directs and supervises swim team program activities to meet YMCA objectives.
- Assists with Schedules and directs personnel and volunteers as needed.
- Conducts and ensures proper maintenance of equipment.
- Assists in the marketing and distribution of program information.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
- Two or more years of coaching experience in the YMCA is strongly preferred.
- Certification: CPR.
Physical Demands:
Sufficient strength, agility and mobility to perform essential functions of position and to supervise program activities.
